The Kris Resort Hotel - Patong

We appreciated Kris Residence. Free Wi Fi in all rooms was a bonus

Nothing bad to say.

The location was perfect for us as we visited the Phuket Simon Cabaret, which was nearby and suited our needs, and we absolutely loved staying at this place.

no free wifi and you get charge 500 everytime you bring a guess to the room (same guess).

Hotel is quite new and not known to many locals. Had to go around the area a few times in the taxi before finding the hotel. Not all the hotel staffs were friendly and they lacked the trademark "Thai smile". Our 2 Bedroom Suite was good and it was made up daily with the necessary items replenished. The only downside about our stay there was the Breakfast staffs. They were rude and lazy. Our table was not made up and coffee/tea was not served. Then the buffet food was not replenished and the staffs looked like they don't care at all. I guess its still a new hotel and they certainly lacked in training. Overall we had a good stay there.

Location could hinder those travellers that does not travel in rented bikes or cars. Its in the outskirt of Patong and you need to spend at least 200 baht to go the main street Patong.

Hotel is about 15 minute from the beach, not 5.

The staff were friendly

It was on a main and very busy / noisy road. There were no luxury facilities such a massage, spa or breakfast delivered to your room that you would normally associate with a 4 star hotel.

very rude staff, only cleaning ladies were friendly, no towels even after calling many times, bell boy chatting with friends and not even offering to help with luggage, bathroom completely flooding after showering, reception totally unexperienced and very very unpolite

Rooms are good

They do not have 24 hours room service, few hotel staff, unfriendly and far from beach or bangla road

the staff can't speak english. there was a massive damage in my bathroom and they tried to accuse me. very, very unpleasant.

I like rooms which are very comfortable and swimming pool that located on the roof.

Restaurant staff were very lovely

That the sheets were not clean (sand) when we arrived.

The Hotel was good very neat and clean and i enjoyed complimentary fruits when i checked in.

i did not like the way hotel serve breakfast, they provide alcarte and in whichg being vegiterian i only eat fruits, and i have to ask for more fruits each time, i feel that hotel staff was not sop happy to serve fruits again and even i have to ask whether they have fruits or not. in buffet it is very easy to eat how much you want. in alacarte they serve very less fruits

The hotel is very nice , clean , new furniture , and everything was great .

The staff were always so happy and willing to help in any way they could. I felt very safe staying at this hotel resort as I was alone. It was safe, comfortable and affordable and most important it was clean. I would return to the Kris and I recommend it. Thank You to all of the staff for a wonderful holiday.

The only thing I had trouble with was the hard mattress, but I have since been told, that all mattresses in Thailand are hard! That is the only thing! Everything else was great!
